The Center

  • The shopping center is approximately 63,800 sq. ft.
  • Woodburn Crossing Shopping Center has been owned by the Brice Family since 1991, but was built by the same family in the mid 1960's. It is currently managed by Brice Corporation.

 

The Community

  • Woodburn is the center of commerce for the agricultural region of the North Willamette Valley. The primary market area has a radius of 10 miles and a population of 52,000.
  • The secondary markets include Newberg(west), Wilsonville(north), Silverton(east), Salem(south) and covers a 15 mile radius with a population of 207,000.
  • The Woodburn community has experienced rapid growth the last several years, including the new housing development, Tukwila, which surrounds the Oregon Golf Association tournament golf course and the Company Stores development, a 400,000 sq. ft. factory outlet shopping center on the west side of Woodburn exit 271.
  • Woodburn is also the location for the new Waremart Foods NW regional headquarters that will total 900,000 sq. ft. upon completion located on the west side of the freeway. The HWI distribution center, one of six in the United States, 340,000 sq. ft., is also located on the west side of the freeway.

  • Located in the I-5 corridor 30 miles south of Portland and surrounded by several shops, restaurants, filling stations and banks.
  • WCSC is surrounded by a number of commercial enterprises, including Walmart, Chevron, Exxon, Shell, Burger King, Wendy's, Dairy Queen, Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonald's, Ford, Chevy and Chrysler dealerships.
  • Our tenants also include Williams Drugstore, 1968, Beauty Salon, Dialysis Center, United Finance, Signworks of Oregon, Henry's Furniture and More, and the Woodburn Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Center.
  • U.S. Bank, another member of the Woodburn Crossing family, is the strongest non-metro branch in the state of Oregon. The bank serves many local businesses and the agricultural community.
